没试过用杏仁粉来做蛋糕,没想到是那么的香,香,香哦!!!
材料:
牛油 - 120g
黄糖 - 80g
幼糖 -20g
鸡蛋 - 3个
自发面粉 150g
杏仁粉 - 80g
牛奶 - 50ml
杏仁片/杏仁碎粒 - 适量 (用作装饰用途,可省略)
做法 :
1) 自发面粉和杏仁粉混合均匀,备用。
2)牛油加糖类打匀,分次加入蛋液,打至蓬发。
3) 分2次加入粉类和牛奶,轻手拌匀后。
4) 模子里抹油,然后把面糊倒入。
5)预热烤箱175度,烘烤40分钟或至熟。
Ingredients :
Butter - 120g
Brown sugar - 80g
Castor sugar - 20g
Egg - 3 nos
Self raising flour - 150g
Ground almond - 80g
Milk - 50ml
Almond slices/almond nibs - approximate (for decor purpose only, can quit)
Method :
1) Self raising flour and ground almond mix well.
2) Cream butter with brown & castor sugar until well combined, and then add in eggs by several times, beat until fluffy.
3) Add in flour mixture and milk in 2 times, mix until well combined.
4) Grease pan, pour in the mixture.
5) Preheat oven 175 C , bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
