<span style="font-family: times, 'times new roman', serif; font-size: large;">昨晚看完了肥妈地节目后转台,转到了一个本地号称美食节目的新节目,有点期待。。。结果从第一个食物制作开始后,我就有一股想打电话去投诉的冲动。。。OMG,我竟然那么反常哦!!!老板还一直在那里碎碎念的调侃我说你没做过哪里知道好不好吃?对不起,我不是怀疑那成品好不好吃,而是根本他们在误导观众嘛!!!忍住气的从第一个看到最后一个食品的制作,我可以说的是,这根本不是美食节目,这只是一个搞搞震的节目,所有的步骤我觉得如果对烘焙稍微有些许认识的人都会觉得他们是在乱来的,所以食谱我也不会想记录下来。很想说,请加一点良心来制作美食节目吧,如果遇上刚进厨房的新鲜人的话,你们是会害死人的。。。对不起,感觉我是言重了。</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: large;">1) 把所以材料(A)混合均匀, 搓揉至光滑或可以拉出薄膜。</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: large;">2) 再</span><span style="font-family: times, 'times new roman', serif; font-size: large;">把材料(B) 加入,再次</span><span style="font-family: times, 'times new roman', serif; font-size: large;">搓揉</span><span style="font-family: times, 'times new roman', serif; font-size: large;">均匀,然后</span><span style="font-family: times, 'times new roman', serif; font-size: large;">放入抹油的容器里,盖上湿布, 发酵 60分钟或至一倍大 。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">蛋白加入一半的幼糖打大概3 分钟,然后再分两次慢慢加入剩余的幼糖,继续拌打至成干性发泡为止。最后加入草莓粉搅拌均匀。把打好的蛋白霜装入挤花袋中 (花嘴型号可以个人喜爱或不用),把</span><span style="font-size: large;">蛋白霜挤在已铺上烘焙纸的烤盘上。 预热烤箱 110度, 烘烤 1-1/2 至 2个小时即可。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">因为后期的几个星期家里发生了一些突发事故,所以中断了差不多有3个星期没办法上健身房,每天回到家把家事搞定后也差不多是晚上的11点了,所以完全没有做任何运动,不过饮食还在控制中。虽然成绩没有别人的来的好,但自己却觉得很开心,因为无需担负任何的压力,可以每餐吃饱,但还能瘦下来就已经是很好了,毕竟已经胖了那么多年,也不差那一时半刻的,只要有恒心,有坚持,我相信成功一定就在我的前面等着我。。。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">鸡蛋 - 2 个</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">橄榄油 - 1 小匙</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">巴马森芝士粉 - 1 小匙</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">牛奶 - 1 大匙</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">盐 - 少许</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">黑椒粉 - 少许</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">做法 :</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">1)菠菜</span><span style="font-size: large;">洗净切小段,用水烫熟后,挤干水分备用。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2)预热烤箱 180度。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3)把处理好的菠菜铺在烤碗里, 加入牛奶,再淋上橄榄油,芝士粉,黑椒粉,盐。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">4)最后把鸡蛋打入,放入烤箱烘烤大概15分钟或至蛋白凝固即可。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">1)</span><span style="font-size: large;">Spinach cut in small pieces, boiled to cook, rinse and put aside.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2)</span><span style="font-size: large;">Preheat oven for 180 C.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3)</span><span style="font-size: large;">Put the cooked spinach into a bake ware, add in milk, oilve oil, parmesan cheese powder , black pepper powder and salt.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">3)把粉类和牛奶分两次交叉加入,轻手搅拌均匀,最后把朗姆酒和普通干加入拌匀。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">在圣诞节来临前,妈妈总喜欢把家里布置一番,让人看了总觉得很愉悦,很快乐,所以近这好几年,大家都在这特别的日子相聚在一起领受神的祝福。。。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">但上星期家里突然发生了让大家都很愕然的事情,让大家本来快快乐乐打算过节的心情都打入了谷底。。。。事情发生得突然,让人觉得措手不及,是自己警觉性太低,还是自己一直以来都不闻不问。。。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">5)包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏至少一小时。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">6)从冰箱取出后,用擀面棒擀至大概5mm厚,再用模具切出造型,铺放在铺上烤纸的盘上。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">4)把一份莲蓉馅包入少许的鸡丝和蛋黄,搓成圆球状备用。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">5)把醒好的面团擀成圆形,包入馅料球,收口。涂上蛋黄液,撒上芝麻粒。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">蔓越莓干 - 20g(切碎)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">冬瓜糖 - 60g (切碎)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">幼糖 - 2 大匙</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">食油 - 2 大匙</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">清水 - 5 大匙</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">糕粉 - 100g</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">杏桃果胶 apricot glaze - 3 大匙 </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">~ 所以材料混合均匀后, 取适当份量(我用80g),搓成圆球状后放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">涂面 :</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">蛋黄 - 1 个</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">牛奶 - 1大匙</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">做法 :</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">1)取适量的皮(我用60g)杆扁后包入馅料,搓圆后压入月饼模里,扣出排在烤盘上。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2)预热烤箱,180度烤10分钟,然后拿出,放置一旁待冷 (大概10分钟)。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3)表面涂上蛋黄液,再次放入烤箱继续烘烤10~15分钟至表面金黄即可。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">鸡蛋 Egg - 3 粒 (蛋白和蛋黄分开)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">巧克力块/片 Chocolate compound/coins - 170g</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">做法 :</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">1)把蛋白和蛋黄分开。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2)巧克力片隔水煮溶/微波40秒,待冷备用。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3)巧克力溶酱完全冷却后,把蛋黄加入搅拌均匀即可。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">4)蛋白用高速打至硬性发白。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">5)把1/3的蛋白加入巧克力糊里搅拌均匀后,再把巧克力糊倒入剩余的蛋白里,翻拌至混合均匀,倒模,用力的敲几下。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">6)预热烤箱 180度,烘烤30 ~40分钟即可。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">7)让烤好的蛋糕继续的留在模子里,待冷却到用手可以触摸的程度后,把蛋糕取出移到冷却网上让其完全冷却即可。</span><br />
