香蕉蛋糕 Banana Cake

 每次买香蕉的话大小姐一定会要求做香蕉蛋糕的,今天也不例外。。。
材料 :
牛油 - 100g
黄糖 - 50g
幼糖 - 20g
自发面粉 - 140g
香蕉泥 - 160g
苏打粉 - 1/4 小匙
鸡蛋 - 2 个

做法 :
1)粉类过筛,备用。 
2)牛油加黄糖和幼糖搅打至发白,分次加入蛋液打至混合。
3)把香蕉泥加入混合均匀。
4)再将过筛的粉类加入搅拌均匀,把面糊倒入铺了烤纸或已抹油的模子。
5)   预热烤箱,180゜C 35min ~ 45或至熟。
Ingredients :
Butter - 100g
Brown sugar - 50g
Castor sugar - 20g
Self raising flour - 140g
Mashed banana - 160g 
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Egg - 2 

Method :
1) Flours sifted, set aside.
2) Cream butter with brown sugar and castor sugar until fluffy, add egg one in a time, beating well after each addition.
3) Add in mashed banana and mix well.
4) Add in flours and mix well until well combined, pour in greased mold or with baking paper.
5) Preheat oven at 180 C, bake for 35 ~45 minutes or until cooked.
