材料 :
粗粒花生酱 - 150g
牛油 - 100g
黄糖 - 100g
幼糖 - 20g
低粉/ 普通面粉 - 260g
玉米粉 - 20g
盐 - 1/4 小匙
苏打粉 - 1/2 小匙
鸡蛋 - 1 个
做法 :
1)粉类混合均匀,过筛备用。
2)牛油加黄糖和幼糖打至发白,加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀, 再加入 花生酱和盐,搅拌均匀。
3)倒入粉类,切拌均匀至柔软面团。
4)面团分成10g 一小份后,搓成圆球状后每个间隔3cm排在铺 了烘焙纸的烤盘上,再用叉子略微按扁。
5)预热烤箱 180度, 烘烤25分钟即可。
6)让饼干在烤盘上5分钟后再移去晾网,待其完全冷却后即可 装罐密封收藏。

Chunky peanut butter - 150g
Brown sugar - 100g
Caster sugar - 20g
Cake flour/all purpose flour - 260g
Corn starch - 20g
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Method :
1) Combined all flours , sifted.
2) Cream the butter with brown & caster sugar until fluffy, add in egg , chunky peanut butter and salt, mix to combined.
3) Add flours to mixture (2) and mix to combined as dough.
4) Line baking parchment onto the baking tray and divide dough to small portion with 10g weight each, round the dough to ball, place interval 3cm per each ball on the tray, and flatten with tines of the fork.
5) Preheat oven to 180 C, bake for 25 minutes.
6) Lets cool on tray for 5 minutes before turning to the wire rack, cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
