去酒家吃饭店家通常都会端上一小碟的小吃,有时是香脆咸花生,有时是零食;要数大家都喜欢的话要就是那焖的软嫩入味的五香花生了,常常老板小姐们都抢着吃。因为全部人都爱吃,所以这次的花生焖排骨我决定放3罐,不是的话哪里够吃吖?哈哈哈
材料 Ingredients :
罐头五香花生 Braised peanut can - 3 罐/cans
排骨 Pork ribs - 2 支 (砍小块/cut to small pieces)
蒜蓉 Minced garlic - 1 大匙/tbsp
桂皮Cinnamon - 1 片 (可省略/may be ommited)
八角 Star anise - 1 颗 (可省略/may be ommited)
清水 Water - 适量 (Some)
调味 :
蚝油 Oyster sauce - 1-1/2 大匙/tbsp
绍兴酒 Shaoxing rice wine - 1/2 大匙/tbsp
黑酱油 Dark soy sauce - 1 小匙/tsp
鸡粉 Chicken seasoning powder - 1 小匙/tsp
做法 Method :
1) 热锅,倒入少许油,爆香蒜蓉后倒入排骨拌炒。
(Saute garlic and stir into the pork ribs).
2) 略炒一会后把适量的清水倒入(略盖过排骨即可),再把调味,桂皮和八角加入。
(Stir for a while , poured in amount of water (slightly over the ribs), and add in the seasonings , cinnamon and star anise.)
3) 大火煮滚后转中火盖盖子焖煮30分钟,把罐头五香花生倒入(我只用一罐的酱汁),继续焖煮10分钟即可。
(Turn to medium heat once boiled, covered with cover and stew for 30 minutes, then add in all amount of spicy peanut (1 can sauce use), continues to stew for another 10 minutes.
我们一家也是很爱吃啊。。。如果我煮,也一样要放三罐!呵呵!
