材料 :
杏仁粉 - 220g
低粉 - 330g
糖粉 - 130g
苏打粉 - 1+1/2 小匙
发粉 - 1+1/2 小匙
盐 - 1/2 小匙
玉米油 - 200g
装饰 :
杏仁碎粒/片 - 适量
蛋黄 - 1 个 加1 大匙牛奶混合均匀)
做法:
1) 所有材料混合均匀,取小团搓成小球。
2) 涂上蛋黄液,放上杏仁碎粒/片做装饰。
3) 预热烤箱,160度烤20分钟。
