尤其是刚从冷冷凉凉的云顶高原回来,突然的气候大转变,让人更觉得真的是热到吃不消,受不了!
离开学还有两天,本来上午还想带小姐们出去再逛一逛,但是一看到外头的艳阳天,还是算了吧。。。
其实香蕉蛋糕也做过了蛮多次,试过了很多的食谱,也失败过很多次。。。好奇怪,材料简单,做法容易的香蕉蛋糕,我却常常失败,一定是我太笨了啦,所以蛋糕在烤着的时候,我也在祈祷着希望它会成功,呵呵。。。
这香蕉蛋糕带着甜甜香气出炉,怪自己太贪心,把模子倒的太满了,面糊都溢了出来,边边都被烤的脆脆的。把蛋糕倒出,却又是出人意表的超软,切也切不了,不过却是出奇的好吃哦。
材料 Ingredients :
蛋 Egg – 2 个
低粉Cake
flour – 220g
苏打粉Baking soda – 1/2
tsp
泡打粉 Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
黑糖Brown sugar – 100g
牛油Butter – 150g
牛奶
做法 Method :
1) 牛油加糖搅打片刻,分次加入蛋液打至混合.
2) 加入 用橡皮刀拌匀.
3) 加入牛奶 粉类轻拌匀.

i love alot of chocolate chips and the batter is over flowing out from the pan. thats really solid cake.yummy
回复删除D cake texture is really soft & more fragrant by using brown sugar, this is the most tasty recipe I hv tried for banana cake. And I like a lot of choc chips too...hehe

用了黑糖的香蕉蛋糕特别的香,不过有点太软了,切不成行。。。呵呵

Hello Zoe, actually I'm lazy & put too much batter in the baking tin, that's why it's overflowing, but it's really fluffy...hehehe
