每次看到网友莎莎都觉得很敬佩,暗地里也很崇拜啦!
她每次的分享都是那么的棒,尤其是那一道道的健康料理,总让人觉得赏心悦目之余,也营养满分的,所以近来也开始效法莎莎,努力健身之余也健康饮食!
买了三文鱼,看了看冰箱还有什么需要清理的,今天就来个懒人烤箱菜吧!
材料 :
三文鱼 - 2 片(洗净,抹干)
鸿喜菇 - 1 包(清理干净,备用)
小茄子 - 2条(切片)
调味料 :
盐 - 1/4 tsp
胡椒粉/黑胡椒粉 - 少许
做法:
1) 把所有材料摆盘后,洒上调味料。
2) 预热烤箱200度,烤25分钟即可。
可能是近来比较忙没时间拍照的关系吧,看着烤好的料理已经是差不多傍晚7点了,但还是忍不住又拿出相机喀嚓喀嚓地拍了好几张。。。

I get you dear.Controlling diet is the hardest thing for me to do, since we all love food so much. I need to train myself to have the strong will power, really respect sabrina, she is a good example.
